Glow & Renew SOFT

The program was created for people whose skin is tired, dull, and lacking firmness, prone to swelling or signs of tension, as well as for those who notice the first symptoms of aging and want to combine aesthetic effects with deep regeneration and improved well-being. Glow & Renew Soft combines modern aesthetic cosmetology, physiotherapy, physical activity, practices regulating the nervous system, and an anti-inflammatory diet. The result of the program is improved skin tension, hydration, and complexion, a more rested facial appearance, tension reduction, better circulation, and regained inner balance. This program is for those who want to look radiant while feeling noticeably better.

Foundation of the Glow & Renew Soft program

• aesthetic cosmetology treatments based on modern, non-invasive cleansing technologies (Inpure), deep regeneration, stimulation (OxyGeneo), and skin lifting (Zaffiro) - one treatment for every full 3 days of stay; their goal is to improve skin tension, complexion, smoothness, hydration, and freshness
• physiotherapy sessions (PEMF, light therapy, hydrogen inhalations) - modern therapeutic forms supporting body calming, cell regeneration, and inflammation reduction (every 2 days of stay)
• development sessions - dedicated to nutrition, longevity, regeneration, stress, and mindful body care topics, so that participants better understand the impact of daily choices on skin appearance and well-being (one session for every full two days of stay)
• consultations: the first before arrival to plan the stay schedule and adjust activities to individual needs and health conditions, subsequent ones to clarify any doubts once every full 4 days of stay
• accommodation in comfortable apartments with separate day and night zones
• breakfasts and dinners in buffet form, rich in high-protein, high-fiber, and low-carb dishes supporting skin regeneration, glucose level stabilization, inflammation reduction, and slowing aging processes

Additionally, program participants enjoy daily activities offered at the hotel:

• morning movement sessions activating the body and mind - supporting gentle body awakening, tension reduction, and nervous system regulation, which directly translates into skin regeneration and appearance (according to the current hotel schedule)
• meditation sessions - breath meditation, visualization, mindfulness practice, and calming techniques that help lower psychophysical tension, deepen regeneration, and support better sleep (according to the current hotel schedule)
• regeneration in the spa area including saunas, jacuzzi, therapeutic baths, and spaces conducive to relaxation and regeneration

Additionally, depending on needs, we recommend:

• infusions and supershots supporting hydration, relaxation, regeneration, and daily body care experience
