daily morning activation sessions for body and mind combining light exercise and simple meditation techniques led by a therapist
daily training sessions personalized effort tailored by type, frequency and intensity to the Guest's possibilities and needs: stabilization training sessions, strength, HIIT and cardio.
daily meditation sessions, calming and deeply relaxing, breath-based regenerative meditation session, visualization meditation session – mindfulness, Tibetan bowl and gong session and Schultz autogenic training session.
