Physiotherapy and prevention of musculoskeletal and nervous system overloads, body and mind regeneration. An intensive process of multidimensional work with the musculoskeletal system and nervous system enabling a therapeutic approach and solving pain and tension in the body at their source. A stay filled with treatments and activities in the areas of physiotherapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, physical activity, and nervous system regulation practices is an opportunity for effective regeneration for people overloaded with tension, pain ailments, and movement limitations.

3 development sessions - combining knowledge and practice. Masterclass by Wojciech Eichelberger (self-regulation, stress, emotions), Masterclass on nutrition, longevity, exercise and regeneration
3 acupuncture sessions with needles or needle-free
5 physiotherapy sessions (PEMF, light therapy, hydrogen inhalations)
5 training sessions - personalized effort adjusted by type, frequency and intensity according to abilities and needs: stabilizing training sessions, strength, HIIT and cardio.
6 morning sessions activating body and mind, regulation of the nervous system and cortisol levels
5 meditation sessions - breathing meditation, visualization,
self-care rituals - Spa area, infusions and supershots, self-care set in the room
