Stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and mental and physical regeneration. Mind & Calm is a program for people who live in a state of constant mobilization: tense body, overstimulated mind, decreased energy, and sleep that does not restore. We combine proven methods of working with the nervous system (breathing, mindfulness, meditation), thoughtful physical exercise, and regenerative treatments to restore balance between body and mind. This is not a "relaxation weekend" — it is an organized process that teaches self-regulation and provides tools for everyday life.
  • 4 nights in comfortable rooms and apartments (choose a room with a kitchenette, mezzanine or family space with extra beds)
  • breakfasts and dinners in buffet form, within a high-fiber and high-protein diet based on cooked and raw vegetables, without calorie restrictions, but with controlled protein amount)
  • 3 consultations (1 session/30 minutes: online, introductory and summary)
  • 2 acupuncture sessions (2 sessions/75min, first session with consultations, second standard)
  • 1 physiotherapy and osteopathy session (30min, physiotherapy treatment involving movement or manual therapy)
  • 3 therapeutic treatments and body rituals (1 treatment/80min, calming and regenerating massages)
  • daily development sessions (1 session/90min) combining knowledge and practice, including Masterclasses by Wojciech Eichelberger on breathing, presence, rest, stress relief, self-support, saying no and letting go; Masterclasses on nutrition, longevity, effort and regeneration
  • daily morning activation sessions for body and mind (1 session/60min) combining light exercise and simple meditation techniques led by a therapist (training session with Yoga elements, training session with Tai Chi elements, stretching training session + breath, outdoor mindfulness path session, morning warm-up session Wim Hof)
  • daily training sessions (1 session/60min) - personalized effort adjusted by type, frequency and intensity to the guest’s possibilities and needs: stabilization training sessions, strength, HIIT and cardio.
  • daily meditation sessions, calming and deeply relaxing 1 session/(60min) - regenerative breath meditation session, visualization meditation session – mindfulness, Tibetan singing bowls and gongs session and Schultz autogenic training session.
