Move & Heal is a program for people with pain, tension and movement limitations. Daily 1:1 work with the body: manual and movement physiotherapy, acupuncture, training and regeneration. The effect is less pain, greater range of motion, noticeable relaxation and better sleep. Program in premiere edition.

4 overnight stays in comfortable rooms and apartments (choose a room with a breakfast annex, mezzanine or family space with additional beds)
breakfasts and dinners served, as part of a high-fiber and high-protein diet based on cooked and raw vegetables, without calorie restrictions, but with controlled protein amount)
3 consultations
2 acupuncture sessions
3 sessions of physiotherapy and osteopathy
2 therapeutic treatments and body rituals
daily development sessions combining knowledge and practice, including Masterclasses by Wojciech Eichelberger about breathing, presence, rest, relief, self-support, saying no and letting go; Masterclasses about nutrition, longevity, effort and regeneration
daily morning activating sessions for body and mind combining light exercise and simple meditation techniques led by a therapist
daily training sessions personalized effort adjusted by type, frequency and intensity to guest’s abilities and needs: stabilization training sessions, strength, HIIT and cardio.
daily meditation sessions, calming and deeply relaxing, regenerative breath meditation session, visualization meditation session - mindfulness, Tibetan singing bowl and gong session and Schultz’s autogenic training session.
